On 27th May Christchurch rotarians were again collecting food & donations for the Christchurch Foodbank at Waitrose after we were made aware that their shelves werebecoming bare.
We are pleased to now be able to report that a total of 514.37 kilos of food & £115.25 in cash were colleted – a fantastic result result considering that we were competing with the Christchurch Food Fare for the public’s attention.
A huge thank you, therefore, to our fellow rotarians who made the collection such a success, to. Christchurch Waitrose for their hospitality & to the people of Christchurch for their generosity.
