For those of you who regularly support us, you will know that this is a great evening of competitive fun, which also helps us raise funds to support local charities. For those of you who have yet to join us, we look forward to welcoming you to a great evening of laughter and merriment! Congratulations to last year’s winners who were a team under the name of ‘The Invisibles’.
The Christchurch Rotary Challenge Quiz has been held annually for over 40 years, and supported a great number of local charities and good causes. This money is mainly raised through the excellent raffles we have on the night, with many of the prizes being donated by local businesses in the town. Last year the evening raised £1500.00 which was distributed to charities including Macmillan Caring Locally, Autism Unlimited and the Food Bank.
This year, the team entry fee will be £152.00 for 8 people (£19 per person). This includes entry to the quiz and a Fish & Chip Supper. 2 bottles of wine, water and nibbles will be on each table. The quiz itself consists of 10 rounds of questions.
For further drinks, a licensed bar is available serving bottled/canned drinks and soft beverages. Please note, only drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed, so please support the bar! Please remember to bring some CASH for the raffle tickets which will be on sale during the evening.
Due to the popularity of this event, an early reply would be advisable as numbers are limited. Bookings can only be taken for teams of 8 people, which can be a group of friends, a company or an organisation entering a team or a group of individuals joining together to form a team. Please, therefore, return your Entry Form as soon as possible.
