It was great to see so many people at The Kings Arms in Christchurch on Wednesday for the launch of the second Christchurch Living Advent Calendar.
Janet Banks, who is the Chair of the organising committee for Christchurch Rotary, brought the idea to the Town last year and it exceeded all expectations, raising just under £20,000 for local charities.
This year the town of Christchurch will once again be celebrating the countdown to Christmas, by showcasing 24 different local performers at 24 pop-up venues for 24 local charities. Each evening at 6:15pm throughout December a different door or window in the town centre will be opened to reveal an exciting surprise performance.
